All prices have an additional tourist tax of 3,30 € per person and night. Kids and young adults under 14 years are exempt from the tax. The tourist tax has to be payed on departure and is listed seperately on the invoice.

Informations about included services, etc.:

• Bed and breakfast, sumptuous buffet breakfast. In the afternoon we serve coffee and homemade cake on our sun terrace.
• On the day of arrival, your room will be available from 14:00.If you arrive after 20:00, we ask you to notify us.
• On the day of departure we ask you to vacate your room by 11:00.
• Double room for single use – surcharge of 30% (not possible in August and September)
• For stays of less than 2 nights we charge a surcharge of 5,00 €.
• Children below the age of 3 cam stay in the parents’ room (two adults) for € 5.00 per day,
  children from 3 to 6 years stay for € 20.00 per day
  and children from 6 to 12 years receive a 50% discount.
• The reservation is only binding if there is a written confirmation from both sides.
• Dogs only on request.
• All our rooms are non smoking rooms.
• Hotel invoice / payment: Cash up to €1,999, credit card or advance bank transfer to our business account! If you pay the hotel bill in cash, we grant you a discount of 2 % on the room price (except for bookings via booking portals).
• Swimming pool (22 – 28˚ C water temperature) with lounge chairs and umbrella
• Mountain bike hire
• Wellness area, Finnish sauna, tea corner, aroma steam bath, tropical shower, hay bed and quiet room, whirlpool (On registration (by 13.00 hrs at the latest), open from 16.00 hrs – 19.00 hrs.)
• Bathrobes are available to our guests against deposit.
• Free WiFi and flat-screen TV’s in all rooms.
• It’s not possible to book a specific room number or floor number.

BOOKING and DEPOSIT
We look forward to your visit! For a definitive room reservation, we need a mutual written confirmation and a deposit of 30% of the booked stay. We kindly ask you to make the deposit by bank transfer and to send us a copy:

CANCELLATIONS
Something unexpected can always happen! We kindly ask you to send a written cancellation of your booking. No charge will be taken up to 2 weeks prior to your arrival and your deposit will be refunded. After that time and up to 3 days prior to your arrival, we will charge 50% of the amount. Please note that we will charge 100% of the entire stay in case of no show, late arrivals or early departures. We therefore suggest you to take out travel cancellation insurance.
